As the Product Lead at Composer, I spearheaded the development of an AI-driven platform for generating compelling blog posts. We transformed content creation by integrating advanced AI with human insight, empowering businesses to amplify their online presence using AI-enhanced content.

At Mattel, I partnered with senior management to strategize and streamline the Product team for the e-commerce Collector platform. We defined roles, crafted product roadmaps, and aligned cross-functional strategies, ensuring optimized platform performance.

Prototyped a touchless seatback entertainment interface for Hawaian Airlines, aiming to enhance the passenger experience while minimizing physical contact in a post-pandemic world.

As co-founder and Product Head at ResortPass, I directed the creation and rollout of our exclusive B2C and B2B booking platforms. I streamlined operations with a lean Agile approach, setting up tools and release protocols. I also played a hands-on role in crafting an advanced Twilio-powered IVR for spa bookings. I monitored and ensured all key metrics like conversion, AOV, and LTV met targets.

Designed and implemented new tooling, process, and product infrastructure. Launched ZipRecruiter’s first cross-platform mobile application for job seekers. Grew mobile from 0% to 5% of total job seeker engagement. Developed growth features including “one-click apply” (pre-dating LinkedIn’s Easy Apply), increasing Average Application Rate by over 30%.

Headed Product Strategy and Delivery. Managed the design and deployment of several cross-platform mobile apps, including a B2B analytics platform, "Punchcard for Business," the Punchcard website, and the technology, branding, and user experience for all of Punchcard's products and services.
